December 2017 Smarane of Paramapriya Subbaraya dasaru
Founded by Paramapriya Subbaraya dasaru at 1900, this is 117th year of Dasa Koota at Devarayanadurga. Paramapriyaru is Parama guru of Jambavathi priya dasaru (Harati Prahlad), founder of our Vidyalaya.
Also this is 100th birth year of our Founder's mother, Swargeeya Smt. Subbamma Gururajachar.
Year long celebrations was planned to celebrate both the above landmarks. Every month - One day from 2017 to 2018 at different places - and do smarane about Paramapriya dasaru.
December month program held at Sri Vyasaraja Mutt, Kote Agrahara, Kanakapura on 2nd & 3rd December 2017.
Yayivara done on 2nd morning and Upanyasa on Vijayadasara Suladhi on 2nd evening & 3rd morning. Brahmana Santharpana happened on both the days. Panchamrutha Abhisheka for Sri Vyasarajaru prathishtitha Mukhyaprana happened. It is called Hole Katte Mukhyaprana.
